These people suck at life. My husband ordered magazines for us for Christmas in 2007 and it's been over a year with 1 of the magazines showing up 2 or 3 times and the other two never showed up at all. I've been on the phone with them no less than 7 times, the last two times asking to speak to a manager which I never get. I only get voicemail.
