This is without any doubt the worst airline I have ever flown! There are budget airlines in Europe with better service than USAirways. Where does one begin! Firstly, they have an aged disgusting fleet. The seats are so cramped it reminded me of Ryanair and Easy Jet (who arguably have bigger seats) which are two "budget", "no frills", airlines that operate in Europe and charge a nominal fee and taxes.
