I purchased an ellipitical from Dick's in Aug. 2008 and I bought a 'no sweat warranty' also. The machine broke down in November, a few days after the 90-day return policy expired. It's now Febryuary and my ellipitical still hasn't been repaired. Dick's and their warranty company are extremely incompetent. Their service technician was unprofessional and they have shown no urgency or displayed any type of regret for failing to service my machine.
