I made a purchase on tvdvdcollection.com on Jan 11, 2009. It is now Feb 3, 2009 and I have yet to receive a comfirmation that my product has been shipped. The site said it would be processed and shipped within 3 days. Anyway, I looked at my check card statement and they took my money out on Jan 12, 2009. I went to the site to track my dvds and it said it was still processin so I called the number on the bill and it was disconnected.
