I booked a room in Orlando Florida for two nights, 1 adult 2 children. Hotwire put us in 1 King Size bed. My 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter don't want to sleep with each other let alone me. Hotwire would not fix the situation, but for an additional charge we could upgrade at the Hotel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll never use them again.
