Ordered and paid for with debit card, a $178 Helen Kaminski hat, money was removed from my account within minutes, never received any confirmation of order, merchandise never received. Called their number 12 times, sent 12 e-mails to their customer service e-mail address ([email protected]). After 11 messages, I was unable to leave message, voice mailbox was full.
