Called Sears repair 12-28-2009, had repair persons to my home three times, finally am told the part is on back order untill at least 2-10- 2010, I bought an extended warranty, cost me $329.00, and I have no washer. I will never buy another kenmore, I may never set foot into a sears store, I am so discusted I will till all friends that Sears does not stock parts for appliances they sell.
