Have endured 2 installations of VERY expensive Karastan carpet - $35/sq.yd - that crushed/matted/cornrowed after 10 MONTHS. Mohawk, Karastan's parent company, has refused for 3 LONG YEARS to take responsibility for this hideous carpet. Mohawk WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SHODDY, SECOND-RATE PRODUCT.
