First I ordered online and entered the code given on the catalog for $10 off. When the $10 off did not show up on my checkout price I IMMEDIATELY called customer service and was told it had already gone through and they COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. However, I would be sent a coupon for $10 off my NEXT ORDER. I figured it was better than nothing. Then when my coupon arrives, it's two $5 coupons that can only be used one order at a time.
