This company is CHEAP, in every sense of the word so you get what you pay for in the customer service area. They don't package your orders properly, they put all your items (ie, tops, caps, sprayers) in one plastic bag for you figure out. Im not sure who people spoke with they called but there customer service SUCKS, PAULINE JORDAN IS HORRIBLE. I only continue to order from them because there prices are cheap, i will spend the extra money to do business elsewhere.
