I signed up with Social Tool Kits and before my trial period ended, I attempted to cancel my account. Apparently, this never went through because months later, they called me telling me that my account was going into collections due to non-payment. I changed my debit card number so they were unable to get into my account, so they just let the monthly bills pile up instead of contacting me so that I could officially cancel.
