I placed an order for a bluetooth headset, about a week later I received an empty box, just 2 packing pillows and the invoice...no product. I called customer service, they said they would check on the order and get back to me. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything, I called back again and talked with someone who said there was no record of my previous call but she would put in a claim for a lost order.
