Accepted offer of 3 day trial for small amount. Didn't like it so decided to cancel. Their system made this very hard but after going thru' the process 3 times I felt they must have gotten the message. Next thing I know I've been billed for a full month with no notification from them (sneeky). Took 5 separate attempts over 3 days to finally get thru' to their "help line" which was no help.
