I ordered a pair of women's UGG boots on December 5, 2009 and still have not received them. The company charged my credit card shortly after the order. I received one e-mail back in the middle of December that said the boots would be express shipped to me once they arrived from Australia. I have never been able to get anyone on the phone number listed on the website and they have not returned one of my calls from the messages I leave. My order number is 575. read full review »
