Our previous mortgage lender (Taylor, Bean, Whittaker) apparently went under and our loan was given to Cenlar. A couple months ago they sent us a statment increasing our payment by about 1000.00/month. When we inquired they told us to get it changed we would have to fax them our loan docs, which we did. They then told us our payment would be a couple hundred more a month. When we asked for information, they said it was because they paid our taxes- Which we do ourselves and already did.
