Today I had to call Kohls credit for the third time and I am getting the runaround. Basically I bought something from them a few months ago and never received a paper bill. I missed two payments. I got it in email form but it was buried in the mass of junkmail I get every week. I never asked for it to be electronic and I cannot seem to get paper statements turned back on.
