The website and the customer service says my check mailed, and it was never received. I tried to call the toll-free number, but its only a recording. This is the second time AT & T has not issued my rebate for a cell phone. Its is just like overcharging a customer, because they promise you a price after rebate, but you never get the rebate. I will never rely on a rebate from AT & T again. With todays economy, I could really use my $50.00 rebate. Thats is very poor business. read full review »
