ReachLocal has been paying one of my employees a commission (unbeknownst to me until recently) for the PPC ad management they had done for my company. They claim they were unaware their commissioned agent was my employee. I suspect otherwise, that ReachLocal's business model is to have as many agents as possible, and look the other way regarding this sort of issue.
