In October 2009, USA contacted me via telephone regarding their debt settlement program. I listened to what they had to say for over an hour and at the time it sounded like a good idea. I authorized them to take funds from my account which they did for about 3 months. I later changed my mind about doing business with them as I could not reach ANYONE by phone, email, or fax.
