I got a mortage with Chase around 10 months ago and made all payments on time, but due to getting layed of for most of December, I tried to notify them to let them know that I was gonna fall behind. I wrote letters and got no response. I called the service number and it would not take my information. I finally called a new loan officer and after four attempts got through to someone. They claim they had my SNN incorrect on the files and computer and said they had it correct now . Five days later I tried to get on line and call to make a payment and no luck either way still will not take my info. Tired of fooling with this company. read full review »
