the video tech was late for the church ceremony. He finally arrived when my wife was walking down the aisle with her father. then he forgot to be the record the voice for the first 25 minutes of the ceremony. The ceremony means the world to me since it was our wedding day. Complaint to BBB demanding a full refund. Case is in Small claims court.
