I placed an online purchase of a DVD on 15 January 2010, and as of today's date of 6 February 2010, I have not received the merchandise. My credit card was charged for the full amount of purchase and shipping on 18 January 2010. I sent two emails to Mr. McAbee inquiring when the item might be shipping out and I have not received any replys. His website indicated that items will arrive within 7-10 days from purchase via USPS, and this is not the case. I have no option now but to contact my credit card company and file a fraudulent charge claim. read full review »
