I too have been royaly scammed!! My purchased totaled almost $400.00 My order was placed on December 2o, 2008 and my credit card was debited that same day which also charged the 20% exchange rate. I've sent three e-mails without any response and I've attempted to call the company but the one number is out of service and the other number gives you a message that the mailbox is full and you're unable to leave a message.
