The company goes up on my bill every month, and when I asked them about a hardship - they told me that they don't have one in place yet. They said that they're waiting on Obama to finish making changes before they can offer some type of plan. In the meantime, my bill is steadily increasing. This company should be investigated for deceptiveness and fraud. read full review »
