After having charges against my card denied, and knowing that there was money in my account, I called Credit One customer service and was told that the card had expired. The cards expiration date was 04/11, so I asked for a manager. The manager was unable to explain why the charges were denied, so he said that I would recieve a new card in 7-10 days. Never recieved it.
