I purchased contacts. They don't ask for payment immediately, they send you a bill with a due date. The bill was not due yet. This company retained my debit card information from a previous transaction. They then proceeded to draft the funds from the same card without my permission. I contacted customer service. They stated no manager is available and refused to assist with reimbursing the transaction. After being transferred around from twit to twit they finally hung up on me.
