I had a loan with Ameriloan in 2007. In December of 2007 I filed a bankruptcy. They were included. Today, 01/29/08 and for the last few weeks, I have been receiving numerous daily calls from them for the money. I spoke with someone today and he said they never received the discharge from 2/11/2008. I asked for an address to send it to and he said they have no address. I must fax it to them. I told him it didn't seem quite legal for a business to have no address but to give me the fax number and I would find a way to fax it. HE HUNG UP ON... read full review »
