2-06-2010 I paid $5.99 extra for expedited shipping, yet it took from Sunday until Saturday for the dvd to arrive. They charged an extra $9.95 that they said I had agreed to. This was not stated clearly, as if it had been, I would definitely not agreed to their terms. It would have been cheaper and quicker to buy the dvd at a store. read full review »
