In October, 2009, Etisalat launched a promotion called 99 fils calls per minute to India for which I enrolled. They did not have systems & procedures in place due to which I was getting charged at normal & not the discounted rates. When I found this out, I lodged complaint no. 5270 on Nov 9, 2009. On November 19, 2009, their customer service (101) confirmed to me that they owed me AED 26.61 in refund money.
