Buyer beware. Best Buy DOES NOT stand behind the products that they sell. Purchased Sony Headphones from Best Buy kiosk at Atlanta/Hartfield airport. The headphones were terrible, tried to return (unsuccessfully) them at local retail store was told to contact the Best Buy Kiosk people. Was told can only return if the box is unopened or the product is defective, did not offer a store credit or anything else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again! read full review »
