I had never heard of XM Labs until I discovered an unauthorized charge of $5.49 on my AMEX bill. I then checked the internet and discovered many claims of fraud directed at this company. For the record, in my case, this company was somehow able to charge my credit card without my having anything to do with this company. I have never ordered anything or signed up to sample something free or anything. Shut them down! read full review »
