It makes me mad that I ask the sale person how much I'm going to pay for Iphone/family plan including taxes... tells me one fee.. I get my first bill and it's 60 dollars higher than before! I knew out of experience with other cell phone companies that they only give you a guess without the tax.. So this time I wanted to get down to the point and asked him if he could tell me what the the whole bill is a month including taxes.
