On 1/29/2010 I left my jeep cherokee for oil change & tire repair at 12:00 pm. Was told I would be back by 1:30, was also told it would be ready by then by Manager Roger Robinson. He left the store at that time as I did. I returned at 1:15 pm to pick up my jeep and it had not been moved or serviced. I have bought a pair of wiper blades which he said they would put on and also some floor mats earlier.
