The Bank Santa of Barbara Is very unprofessional, They was supposed to give me my tax refund on 2/5/2010, They didn't.They Lie to me. They told me the I RS Didn't release the funds I called the IRS and they told me they have released the funds. This is a clear case of poor service. They lose a customer . The Bank Rep was very rude she told I wll get my money when ever they send and if they send it.I payed a fee to a bank that is holding my money.IRS would have already send the money to me. read full review »
