every month is a new charge on my phone for which i have to sit for hours trying to figure it out and get AT&T to reverse the charges and for late fees after they told me what amount to pay. I am never late cause i live on a fixed imcome and all my bills go out the 1st of each month but i am being charged $15.00 late fee and each month i call, each month is the same and now they are adding finance charges to it. They were fined by the gov. before for charging 1or 2 cents on everyone's bill without them knowing it. So why are they still getting away with it? read full review »
