I ordered and paid for a hot tub in November. Now it's February, and it still is not delivered. My calls and emails to customer service are being ignored. I notice several other complaints about this company and its CEO, dating back several years. I have copies of my order and my bank shows that my check was received by them. Nothing has been delivered. Is this fraud? read full review »
