Not a good company to do business with. We ordered a Kitchen Aid dishwasher on Jan 13, 2010. Two weeks later I called to check on order, customer service said it was being shipped, will have in a week. A week later, no dishwasher. I called again, was told, it was being pulled from another warehouse and would be shipped that day. A week later, no dishwasher, I again called customer service who said it would be shipped "today". I cancelled the order. They had already charged my credit card. I stayed on the phone until an email confirmation of the credit card refund was received. read full review »
