This was an incentive deal from aWindshield replacement company. I followed all the instructions which includes sending gas receipts totalling more that $100 per month along with a filled out form. After the fourth month of sending them in without receiving any $25 VISA card that was promised, I received the fourth one back with saying the addressee has moved without a forwading address. read full review »
