I have purchased from Ruelala in the past on line. Even though none of my credit card/billing info has changed, I received an error message that my billing address was incorrect when I tried to buy something today. I tried to correct it several times but kept receiving the error message. Shortly thereafter I discovered that each time I tried to make the purchase, the funds were reserved from by available balance on my credit card even though the error message said the transaction could not be completed!.
