Pep Boys on Admiral & Memorial kept my car for two days while trying to fix my brakes that normally takes about an hour and half. They said they would call me when it was ready. They never called, I had to call them. Once I got to the store two days later, the manager Paul Frailey said sorry we forgot your car was on our lift. FOR TWO DAYS!.
