How is it legal that a company can advertize products, charge people, tell them they will arrive within a maximum of 10-13 days, and then send nothing, and just take the money?? I ordered a complete series dvd box set of entourage on december 28th, had a confirmation on jan 5th which said when it had been shipped in the next couple days i would receive an email. it is now feb 11th. i am mad and do not know how to proceed, the online phone numbers do not know anything, and the emails do not get replied to. read full review »
