2/09 ordered for the first time. Ordered on-line. After placing order was concerned about substitution policy as recipient has allergies, so called 800 number and CS rep said that as soon as florist was selected, florist would call me so I could determine if they were going to do any substitutions and if so what. Delivery was to be on 2/12/09. As of 2/12 no call received so I called 800 number to inquire as to why I had not been called by florist.
