I ordered a micro stereo shelf system that was advertised as new. When I received it, it was VERY beat up, not in an original box, and obviously NOT new. I called and asked for an RMA number, and the guy tried to get me to keep the item, but finally gave me the #. The invoice was from Hot Buy Electronics at a different address that my FedEx Ground shipping software indicated is a residential address. These guys are scammers running this out of a basement.
