Issues with authorizations, charging customers without product, sending the chineese cartridges that cost under a buck for $80, a shipping department with only 5-10 employees, waiting months for refunds. The list goes on... shipping out used returns, crappy service, all of the people in sales sound like drugdealers off the street and all the people customer service sound lke burnouts!
