I ordered a pair of gloves from this company and when I returned them, they refused my refund. Here is a copy of their response to me via email: I have returned your original gloves because of the way you returned them to us; folded over and showing definite signs of having been worn. Our return policy, as stated on the back of the invoice and on our web site, clearly states that gloves must be unworn and must be returned in a condition that will permit us to resell them.
