AT&T U-verse sounded really good. It was great to finally have some competition for the other cable network out there. The problem though is that AT&T launched too soon. Their equipment doesn't seem ready and their customer service certainly isn't. We have had a tie between on viewing days and off. (We have had the service now for almost a year.)
