Please save yourself the headaches I've had with this service. Time after time, when I turn on the T.V., there is no picture and it takes forever to get it re-set! Additionally, when I leave the T.V. on for a couple of hours straight, it'll time out, and I'll have to push the "O.K." button to turn it back on (let me tell you, my cat gets PRETTY pissed off about this)! I have only had this service for a couple of months, but today, I made arrangements to go back to my old cable company.
