So traffic agents are zero tolerance on box blockers- YES! But they should also realize that they create a problem wherein when they pull over a motorist who blocked the box - they should pull them over to a spot where they will not cause blockage while they issue the ticket. Another complaint is that should they be issuing a parking violation instead of a traffic ticket??? Another complaint in Canal street wherein on heavy traffic days - traffic agents are waiving traffic through and the drivers DO NOT know that their car plates are being recorded?
