They walked off they job twice. Put up crooked studs, broke my bathroom fixtures, did not follow directions, the contractor took off on vaacation every time they started a new phase of the project, the roof wasn't nailed to the beams, they flooded my kitchen, they blew the electricity in the basement and at every turn they kept asking for more money and never got a dumpster for the debris which is all over my property. $29000 later, I have to have it ripped down and start all over, and this was just a garage and family room framing addition.
