Bought Many (50-70) used Cd's from Record Theater, Amherst Location. Had 8 bad ones that had skips (blank air) in middle of songs. Called them to explain and request a full refund with my receipt: "They REFUSED!". I went up to Owners Secretary...Only exchange (store policy). I called attorney.
